Shop safely on Desh Zamin

When your order arrives

  • Check that the packaging and safety seals are intact.
  • Compare the product with the photos and description in the listing.
  • Don’t use products that arrive damaged, leaking, swollen or with missing labels.
  • Keep your order confirmation and receipt until you are sure everything is fine.

  • Patch test new products on a small area of skin for 24 hours.
  • Check the expiry date and the period-after-opening symbol on the pack.
  • Store products away from direct sunlight and heat.

  • Never short-circuit, puncture, crush or heat battery cells.
  • Use correctly rated cables and a fuse, and tighten terminals properly.
  • Install batteries in a dry, ventilated place, away from children.
  • If you are not sure how to wire a battery system, ask a qualified technician.
